Smoked Fish Dip


  • 2 cups smoked flaked fish
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Tabasco, Worcestershire, pepper and salt. Gently mix in fish, being careful not to break the flakes apart.

Chill thoroughly. Place in a serving bowl. Serve with assorted vegetables and chips.
