Spotted Trout Parmesan


  • 1 ½ pounds spotted trout fillets
  • 6 ½ tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Download the recipe poster pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Preheat the oven to 450° F.

In a small bowl, combine Parmesan, salt, pepper and paprika. Place fillets, skin side down, in lightly greased baking dish. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan mixture. Bake until done, about 8 to 10 minutes.
