"Fish and Flights: Fighting Invasive Blue Catfish with Forks and Knives" will offer small-plate preparations featuring blue catfish crafted by Chef Bud Gruninger. This event will be held on Thursday, Nov. 17, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Lone Cedar Café.
