another fresh seafood idea

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, cilantro, salt and pepper.

Place fish in a shallow dish. Brush with olive oil mixture. Marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Place on a well-oiled grill. Cook about 4 to 5 minutes, flesh sides down. Turn and repeat on other sides.
