Herbed-Grilled Black Sea Bass


  • 1 ½ pounds black sea bass fillets, skinless
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, cilantro, salt and pepper.

Place fish in a shallow dish. Brush with olive oil mixture. Marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Place fish on a well-oiled grill, flesh side down. Cook about 4 to 5 minutes. Turn and repeat.
