Grilled Pimentón Tuna


  • 1 ½ pounds tuna steaks, about ¾-inch thick
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Pimentón

Preheat the grill to medium-high.

In a small bowl, combine butter, salt, pepper and Pimentón.

Brush both sides of fillets with mixture. Place in pan and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Place marinated fish on well-oiled grilled. Cook about 4 to 5 minutes. Flip over and repeat, cooking until done.
