- This portal offers information for a variety of emergency preparedness needs.
- National Hurricane Center
- The National Hurricane Center mission is to save lives, mitigate property loss and improve economic efficiency by issuing the best watches, warnings, forecasts and analyses of hazardous tropical weather — as well as by increasing understanding of these hazards.
- Community Assessment Using the Vulnerability and Consequences Adaptation Planning Scenarios Planning Tool (VCAPS)
- This tool helps municipalities assess risks from climate change and identify ways to reduce vulnerabilities, involving the community and stakeholders in the process.
