including a sneak peek at the new Mariner's Menu video series, Cooking North Carolina Seafood, featuring Chef Ricky Moore

Mariner’s Menu, North Carolina Sea Grant’s popular online seafood guide, features blogger and photographer Vanda Lewis’s pictures with hundreds of recipes the late Joyce Taylor developed. We’ve selected our Top Five Holiday Recipes below. We hope you’ll enjoy these favorites over the holidays and afterward.

But first, here’s an extra treat. In 2023, we’ll be launching a new Mariner’s Menu video series, “Cooking North Carolina Seafood.” The first videos will feature Chef Ricky Moore, the James Beard Foundation’s Best Chef in the Southeast, and the owner of Saltbox Seafood Joint in Durham. Chef Moore will demonstrate how easy it can be to cook delicious seafood.

You can visit MarinersMenu.org in early 2023 to watch these videos. Meanwhile, you can enjoy a little taste of them here:
