NC Sea Grant Seeks Applicants for Knauss Fellowship

North Carolina Sea Grant invites graduate students at North Carolina universities to apply for the 2016 Dean John A. Knauss Marine Policy Fellowship. Joint Sea Grant/DMF Fellow Begins Appointment
