Three NC Scholars Begin Knauss Fellowship
Nichola Clark, Carolyn Doherty and Meagan Dunphy-Daly have started their duties as 2015 Dean John A. Knauss Marine Policy fellows. They are from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment.
