Call for Presentations
The 2026 NC Sea Grant Coastal Conference will take place in Chapel Hill on Nov. 17-18. Students, faculty, practitioners, and community members from across the state are invited to submit proposals for consideration.
Submitted proposals should be a maximum of 250 words in length and include a summary of work to be presented on. All proposals should be submitted through the eSeaGrant submission portal. Please note that, should your proposal be accepted, you are expected to register for and attend our conference.
Multiple Presentation Styles Welcome
Presenters can choose one of the styles below.
* indicates that the option is highly encouraged for graduate or undergraduate students, though all conference attendees are welcome to apply.
Note: Students who submit proposals for lightning talks or poster presentations should indicate if they wish to be entered into student competition for a chance to win a cash prize.
Deadline
Brief presentation descriptions are due on June 1, 2026.
