As part of The Great Raleigh Cleanup’s work with the Upper Neuse Litter Reduction Coalition, it has come time to actually PICK UP the trash in the Marsh Creek Watershed. The Great Raleigh Cleanup is hosting a cleanup starting within and around the Capital Crossing Shopping Center, starting at the Lowe’s on Capital Blvd.
Age Requirement:
Please only kids 12+ for this one. And anyone under 18 must have a guardian on site for the entire event.
Summer Reminder:
It’s getting hot out there. Please hydrate the day before and during the event. We’ll be in the sun most of the time. Bring a reusable water bottle (we’ll have water to refill), and wear a hat, sunscreen, an SPF shirt—whatever you need to stay safe and cool. No piece of litter is worth your wellbeing!
