Secure your Early Bird rates through August 31, 2026!

2026 Registration Rates

Join us for the North Carolina Coastal Conference. Registration includes morning and afternoon snack breaks, lunch on November 17–18, and the evening poster and networking reception on November 17. Please review the registration policies and rates below before securing your spot.

Early Bird Rates (available until August 31, 2026)

  • Regular Registrants- $300
  • Full time Student- $100

General Admission Rates (September 1, 2026)

  • Regular Registrants- $350
  • Full time Student- $125

Registration deadline is Friday, November 6 at 5pm.

The evening networking/poster reception will be held onsite at the Friday Conference Center from 5pm – 7pm on November 17. Attendee admission is included in your registration fee. Please purchase a separate ticket during registration if someone will attend as your guest.

If you’re a business or corporation interested in attending the conference, consider supporting us with a sponsorship. Sponsors receive complimentary registration and exhibit space.

Notices About Registration & Attendance

  • Payment Methods: The NCSU Cashnet registration system accepts Visa, AMEX, and MasterCard.
  • NC State University Internal Registrants: Do NOT use an NCSU PCard for payment. Instead, complete your registration form and select the “Pay by Check” option at checkout. Once completed, email Anna A. Martin at aearnol2@ncsu.edu to initiate an Inter-Departmental Transfer (IDT). Please include your Cashnet receipt, the account to be charged, and the name, phone number, and email of your departmental bookkeeper.
  • Financial Assistance: NC Sea Grant offers limited financial assistance to partially cover registration costs, specifically prioritizing community group representatives. For inquiries, please reach out to Aman Kohli (akkohli@ncsu.edu).
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy: Written notice of cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to the event (by November 10, 2026) to qualify for a refund. No refunds will be issued after this date. Please submit cancellation notices to Anna A. Martin (aearnol2@ncsu.edu).
