Total Solar Eclipse, Shelly Island, Mr. Seashell Featured in Coastwatch

The total solar eclipse on Aug. 21 traveled across 14 states in the continental United States and brought many people together to be in the path of totality. In North Carolina Sea Grant’s Autumn 2017 issue of Coastwatch magazine, relive this celestial sight through images from our partners.
