RISING Exhibit Opening Oct. 10 at Coastal Studies Institute

“RISING: Perspectives of Change along the North Carolina Coast” will open Oct. 10, 2018 at the Coastal Studies Institute in Dare County. The opening includes a reception and program of community conversations. The exhibit will continue through January 2019.
